It’s just over two weeks to our annual Rummage Sale, and this year promises to be a good one. Why?
Well, for one, we’re having the sale at the Amazonia Community Building (formerly the Lions Club) instead of our church. That building offers much more usable space than our church’s sanctuary and Fellowship Hall.
Second, we’re having the sale at the same time as Savannah’s annual citywide garage sale, so we hope we’ll be able to draw some of those buyers down to Amazonia for some great deals.
This sale is important to our small church. Proceeds actually help to keep the doors open.
So, make plans to join us June 2 and 3. If you have items to donate for our sale, please contact me ASAP and we’ll pick them up. Otherwise, come by the sale, which will run 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, and pick up some swell bargains.
And tell your friends and neighbors!
